3. TRADEMARKS

3.1 LVR Trademarks

"LVR” and all associated logos, slogans, and brand identifiers are trademarks and/or service marks of LVR. All other trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on the website are the property of their respective owners.

3.2 Unauthorized Use

You may not use any LVR trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and monetary damages.

4. PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

4.1 AS-IS Sales

All LVR products are sold in an "as-is" condition. LVR makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or durability. Limited-edition and final-sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

4.2 Limited Warranty

LVR warrants that merchandise will be free from manufacturing defects for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper care, alteration, or damage from misuse. Manufacturing defects must be reported within thirty (30) days and must include photographic evidence. Warranty claims are subject to LVR's investigation and approval.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

(a) LVR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR USE

(b) LVR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

(d) THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER LVR WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE LVR SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LVR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS:

(a) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY

(b) WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

(d) WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE

(e) SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LVR, its officers, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any intellectual property rights; (d) your user-generated content; or (e) your violation of any applicable law. This indemnity applies regardless of LVR's awareness of potential liability.

8. COUNTERFEIT AND AUTHENTICITY

8.1 Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold directly through the official LVR website are 100% authentic and made to specification. Any product purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms is not guaranteed to be authentic and LVR assumes no liability for counterfeit merchandise.

8.2 Anti-Counterfeiting

LVR actively protects its intellectual property and takes legal action against counterfeit manufacturers and distributors. If you encounter counterfeit LVR products, please report them to lvr.supportcontact@gmail.com with details and images.

9. RESALE AND RESELLERS

9.1 Prohibition on Unauthorized Resale

Products purchased from LVR are for personal use only. Unauthorized resale, reselling for profit, or selling through third-party platforms (including resale marketplaces) without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9.2 Reseller Liability

LVR is not responsible for products sold by unauthorized resellers. Purchases made through secondary resale platforms are not eligible for LVR support, warranty, or return protection. LVR may pursue legal action against unauthorized resellers.

10. BOTTING AND AUTOMATED PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS

10.1 Prohibition

The use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other means to bypass purchase restrictions, circumvent security measures, or gain unfair access to limited drops is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

10.2 Enforcement

LVR actively monitors for automated purchase activity. Detected violations will result in:

(a) Immediate order cancellation

(b) Account termination

(d) Legal action for damages and attorney fees

11. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

11.1 Detection and Response

LVR monitors for fraudulent payment information, stolen credit cards, chargebacks, and other dishonest conduct. Any detected fraud will result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and potential legal action.

11.2 Chargeback Policy

Customers who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting LVR support will have their accounts permanently banned. All future orders from the same payment method or address will be refused.

12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

If any provision of these legal terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties' intention is to enforce these terms to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These legal terms, together with the Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Contact Information, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LVR regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.

16. AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS

LVR reserves the right to modify these legal terms at any time. Modified terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with any modifications, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.

17. NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY

18. WAIVER
